Synergy Technical Group is looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital experiences we deliver to our clients, translating their requirements into intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces. Your designs will not only meet but exceed client expectations, contributing significantly to their brand presence in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Interface Design: Craft visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs for websites, web applications, and mobile apps. Ensure alignment with client branding and objectives.
• User Experience Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping. Optimize overall user experience and interaction design.
• Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics, icons, visualizations, infographics, and develop various advertising and promotional materials.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Communicate design concepts effectively and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Design Systems: Collaborate with the development team to create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design implementation.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design. Incorporate these insights into your work.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure seamless integration of designs into final products.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills in complex scenarios.
• Familiarity with modern web design trends such as adaptability, flat design, and typography.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, inVision, Sketch, etc.).
• Experience with vector graphics (logotypes, patterns, icons, etc.).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting and justifying design decisions to clients and team members.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good written English.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
